The office project for the Sber-City management company is located on the ground floor of a mixed-use building within the residential development of the Rublevo-Arkhangelskoye district.
The design concept is rooted in technological advancements focused on conscious consumption, resource conservation, and sustainability, as well as in new engineering solutions designed to enhance urban living comfort. The simplicity of the interior finishes is complemented by complex decorative forms and abundant greenery, while modern technologies tie all these elements together.
A MUSEUM SPACE OF ENGINEERING POSSIBILITIES
The design aims to create a comfortable and safe environment, transforming the office space into a hub of attraction centered on the individual and their needs.
The emphasis is expressed through contrasting elements that highlight functional zoning, bold, and distinctive furniture designs, and open spaces that convey a sense of transparency and trust.
ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY
ECO-FRIENDLINESS
ACOUSTIC COMFORT
The offices on the 5th and 6th floors are designed for Sber-City’s engineering departments, continuing the concept established on the ground floor. The focus is on functionality, with an emphasis on the specific purpose of the spaces.
Exposed utilities, an abundance of live plants, contrasting materials and textures — such as wood, metal, and brick — and patterns on both the glass and carpeting combine to create a unique design aesthetic for the office interior.
On the 5th and 6th floors of the office, there is a central block with painted walls around which the workday unfolds; it accentuates the geometry of the space and adds variety to the interior.
